Class Schedule

Each group class is 60 minutes long and includes a warm up, skill or weightlifting and a Metcon. Every class is led by a CFL1 or CFL2 coach. Classes are structured so that each of you has the camaraderie  benefits of group training as well as the one on one attention that a well coached CrossFit class can provide. 

Our gym schedule is below with class times, up to date class reservations and the Coach.
